The instrument has been in our possession and in active use for over 10 years. It received annual preventative maintenance (reports available upon request). Routine upkeep included daily buffer and water/waste tray changes (5-6 days per week), as well as weekly polymer replacement & water wash flush.

Needs pump replacement

Pump is currently working, but occasionally erroring out with the following message: “Timeout occurred during fluid handling subsystem action”

  • We have increased the pump current to help continue to deliver polymer, but this is a sign that the pump is aging and needs to be replaced.
