Final Order Submission Dates
Please note: Orders submitted after these dates may not be completed before our closure. We encourage customers to submit samples as early as possible to avoid delays. If you are placing a bulk order, please let us know as far in advance as possible so that we can plan for timely lab processing and data delivery.

What will happen to my stored primers at Functional Biosciences?
If you have primers currently stored at Functional Biosciences and would like them returned, please contact us at sequence@functionalbio.com to arrange their return. Our team will work with you to coordinate the process. Please note that any primers remaining in storage after our closure date will be securely disposed of.
Can I have my samples returned?
Yes. If you would like any of your samples returned, please contact us at sequence@functionalbio.com and request sample return. We will coordinate the return process with you directly. Any samples that remain in our possession after our closure date will be disposed of in accordance with our standard procedures.
How long will my data remain available?
Customer data will remain accessible through our website for at least three months following our closure date. We strongly encourage you to download any data you wish to retain before that time to prevent loss of access.
